Work experience and learning German in the Swiss mountains<\/span><\/h2>\n

Are you at a crossroad and wondering what to do next? Is God calling you to something new?<\/p>\n

Do you want to be part of a community of Christians from different nations, who encourage each other to put Christ at the center of their lives and to live out the gospel in down-to-earth ways? Being a part of our volunteering team is about living, working, serving, worshipping alongside each other and being open and honest with one another. It\u2019s challenging but great fun too, and if you let it, it can be life-changing.<\/p>\n

Are you looking for a place to volunteer in a Christian community and learn German? The \u201cseminary for biblical theology\u201d (sbt) is an evangelical bible seminary in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Up to 60 students from Switzerland, Germany, Austria and other European countries study for one year (discipleship program) or for 3 years in the bachelor program (Bachelor of Theology).<\/p>\n

At our venue the sbt also runs a guesthouse (christian conference and holiday center) with 160 beds, 2 apartments, a youth cabin, and various meeting rooms. Groups and guests from all over the world come to enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Thun.<\/p>\n
